"Educating youth without placement assistance is of no use today that is why RAMA Group – CRC(Corporate Resource Center) is working proactively in assisting students for various current and future prospective job opportunities. The CRC is also assisting the students to upgrade their knowledge through the workshops, seminars, educational shows, guest lectures by eminent personalities from the corporate world.

We have adopted a very systematic & well defined approach for the Training & Placement of the students. Training & Placement Managers are working with the help of the Faculty Coordinators. Faculty co-coordinator from each course/branch has been appointed by the department for the better communication and transparency. Faculty co-coordinator bridges the gap between the students and the Managers.

Further to this, Class Representatives from each course/branch are nominated. These student are directly involved in all the students welfare activities as well as T & P activities like organizing placement events, welcoming guests, maintaining discipline and the overall management of the students affairs during the Placement Season.

CRC is also providing practical exposure to the students through the Industrial Visits in Mother Dairy, Mohan Meakins Beverages ltd., BHEL Plants,  HCL Info systems, Infosys Technologies and so many other organization; Special visits to NSIC & IIT Delhi – Incubation Center have also been organized to develop entrepreneurial skills in the students

T & P Cell is engaged in the following activities:

Student Information Sheet (SIS) for T & P: Student Information Sheets are used to gather all academic and non-academic information of the students

Formation of CRs (Class Reps): Student Committee is also formed for the direct communication with the students and they assist in the student affairs.

Self development and counseling: Faculty coordinators are actively working as the Mentors of the students and they guide students to select the better career options.

Personality Development Programs: Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Body Language, Public speaking are the skills which are taught to the student by our dedicated faculty.

Placement Season: Although the company-visits to the campus are organized during the whole academic season. But, for the better career options, specific placement seasons are also organized where students can appear in more than one company of their choice at the same day.
