"Educating youth without placement assistance is of no use today that is why RAMA Group – Placement Cell (Corporate Resource Center) is working proactively in assisting students for various current and future prospective job opportunities. The Placement Cell is also assisting the students to upgrade their knowledge through the workshops, seminars, educational shows, guest lectures by eminent personalities from the corporate world.

We have adopted a very systematic & well defined approach for the Training & Placement of students. The student are directly involved in all student welfare activities as well as in T & P activities like organizing placement events, welcoming guests, maintaining discipline and the overall management of the students affairs during the Placement Season.

Corporate Resource Center is also providing practical exposure to the students through Industrial Visits to Mother Dairy, Mohan Meaking Beverages ltd., BHEL Plants, HCL Info systems, Infosys Technologies and so many other organizations; Special visits to NSIC & IIT Delhi – Incubation Center have also been organized to develop entrepreneurial skills in the students.

Functions of T & P Cell :

Development and Counseling: Faculty coordinators are actively working as Mentors of the students and they guide students to select better career options. We also we arrange Career Expo and Educational Expo for proper guidance of students.

Personality Development Programs: Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Body Language, Public speaking are the skills which are taught to the student by our dedicated faculty.

Placement Season: We have a healthy placement season of many A grade companies including Wipro, HCL, Motherson & Anglo Eastern Merchant Navy in order to provide salary package from 3 lacs to 7.2 lacs per annum. For  better career options, specific placement seasons like Job Fairs are also organized which gathers multiple companies on the same day in order to open many options for career prospective.

Industrial Visits: Apart from book oriented knowledge we groom students technically by providing Industrial visits to leading companies of India including Infosys India, BHEL, HAL, NTPC etc..

Seminars and Workshop:- We have many seminars across placement season(art of excellence, Job strategy ) in order to motivate students.

We also conduct technical workshops for our students as they keep on updating with current technology as Android applications , i-phone technology , AutoCAD etc.
